Newbie Renters’ goal is simple really. Living shouldn’t have to be expensive. Most landlords/lessors operate in a similar way. They square away debt, then use the rest as the bottom line. We want to do what most don’t. Every 3-5 years Newbie Renters will take its complete capital and re-evaluate where we are. We won’t be the only ones to see the benefits, with lower rent cost as the goal. We’re not striving for big profits, were striving for big growth and community.
